Welcome to sendlove.in/ (“we,” “us,” or “our”)! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, sendlove.in/ (the “Site”), and our e-card personalization and download service (the “Service”). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Service
sendlove.in/ provides a digital platform that allows users to select a pre-made e-card template, personalize it with their own text and photos using our editor, and purchase a digital copy (e.g., PNG or MP4 file) for instant download.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Refund Policy
Our policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges are detailed on our dedicated “Refund and Return Policy” page. As our products are instant, digital, and personalized, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or user errors (such as typos). We will only provide a refund in the case of a verifiable technical failure on our part that we cannot resolve.

4. Intellectual Property
Our Property:
- All e-card designs, templates, graphics, fonts, and the underlying editor technology are the exclusive property of sendlove.in/ and our parent company, Green Fx.
Your Content:
- You retain all ownership rights to the personal photos and text messages (“User Content”) that you upload to the Service.
Our License to You:
- Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial license to use the final downloaded e-card. You may send it to friends and family but you may not resell, redistribute, or use the design for any commercial purpose.
Your License to Us:
- By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that content solely for the purpose of creating and rendering your final e-card and making it available to you in your account.
5. User Conduct & Content
You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is:
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or owned by a third party without their permission (e.g., Disney characters, song lyrics).
- Hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
- In violation of any law or regulation.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, and/or delete user content, without a refund, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it violates these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the quality of the final product if it results from low-resolution photos uploaded by you or typos made by you during the personalization process.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
