Thank you for shopping at sendlove.in/. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality, instant, and personal product. Please read our policy carefully as it governs all purchases made on our Site.

Our Policy: All Sales Are Final

We sell **instant, digital, and personalized products**. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot “take back” or “return” a product once it has been rendered and made available for download.

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

As soon as your payment is complete, your personalized e-card is rendered and a download link is provided. This process is irreversible. We are not responsible for “buyer’s remorse” or purchases made by mistake.

Your Responsibility: Proofreading

Our e-card editor provides a “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) live preview. You are fully responsible for reviewing and proofreading your design before purchase.

We will not provide refunds for issues such as:

1. Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.
2. Incorrect dates or text.
3. The use of low-resolution or poor-quality photos that you uploaded.
4. Unwanted photo placement or cropping choices you made in the editor.

Exceptions: When We Will Issue a Refund

We stand by our product. We will issue a full refund *only* in the following two cases:

1. Technical Failure

If you pay for your e-card and our system fails to produce the final file, or if the download link is broken, or the file is corrupted. In this event, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Duplicate Charge

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a payment processing error.

How to Request Help for a Technical Failure

If you experience a technical failure, you must contact us at support@sendlove.in within **48 hours** of your purchase. Please include your **Order Number** so we can locate your file.

Our first step will be to manually re-render your card and provide you with a new, working download link. If we are unable to fix the technical problem, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
