SendLove.in is a digital platform operated by Green FX. Please review our delivery policy below to understand how your orders are processed.

1. Nature of Products (Digital Only)

Please note that all items sold on SendLove.in are digital products (E-Cards, Video Invitations, and Digital Templates). No physical product will be shipped to your mailing address.

2. Delivery Methods

Since our products are digital, we use the following methods to deliver your order:

  • Instant Downloads: For “Edit Yourself” templates, the download link is provided immediately on the “Thank You” page after successful payment. You will also receive a copy of the download link via Email.
  • Custom Services: For personalized video invitations or custom edits, the final file will be delivered via WhatsApp or Email as a high-quality video/image file.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strictly adhere to the following timelines for delivery:

  • Instant E-Cards / Templates:
    • Timeline: Immediately (0–1 minutes) after payment confirmation.
  • Customized Video Invitations:
    • Timeline: 24–48 working hours from the time all required details (photos/names) are received from the customer.

4. Non-Delivery or Issues

If you have made a payment but have not received your download link or file within the specified timeline, please check your Spam/Junk folder first.

If you still cannot find your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID:

We resolve all delivery disputes within 24 hours.
